Shipping Policy

  • Courier will call to schedule your delivery – please ensure your contact number is accurate.

  • Free delivery available in selected regions (check map in product gallery).

  • Delivery Time: May take up to 3 weeks in surcharge areas.

  • Surcharge Areas:

    • £40 surcharge: EX, TQ, PL, TR, LL, SY, LD, SA, DG, TD, KA, ML, KY, EH, G, FK, PA

    • £50 surcharge: DD, AB, PH

  • No Delivery: KW, ZE, IV, HS, BT, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, Channel Islands

  • Deliveries run 6 days a week (10:00 AM – 10:00 PM).

  • 2-day advance delivery notice will be given.

  • £40 redelivery charge if no one is present at the scheduled time.

  • Flats: Free to 1st floor without lift; £10 per additional floor.

  • Houses: Ground floor only.

Return Policy

  • Report any damages within 24 hours of delivery (photos required).

  • Items that have been partially or fully installed are non-refundable.

  • Returns must be unused, in original packaging, and requested within 14 days.
